The management and design of this site and its shopping cart system is overseen by AcuTab Publications, a respected online retailer and long standing member of the bluegrass and acoustic music community.
All transmissions of sensitive information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), and all credit card transactions occur in the background to preserve confidentiality. Credit card transactions are processed by PayPal/Verisign, the industry leader in online payments and security. We do not retain any record of credit card numbers, nor will we ever see that information, so you have no fear of attacks on our system exposing your sensitive data to identity thieves or scam artists.
Statistics
We collect the IP address of each user who visits the site, both for our general statistics tracking, and to allow each visit to be viewed as a distinct session. This information is logged during a visit to the site, but not saved with regard to anything personally identifiable. This means that a visit to recordtable.com is tracked by IP address, but the identity of the user remains anonymous to our tracking.
Cookies
Our online store requires the use of cookies. A "cookie" is a small piece of data that is stored on your computer that identifies you to our store when you visit. It does not include any personal information about you, and is simply used as a matter of convenience for the user when you visit our store. We also use cookies to track items in your shopping cart when making a purchase, so if you have cookies disabled in your browser settings, you will not be able to take advantage of our online shopping system.
No information which we collect during either user registration or purchasing is ever shared with any entity outside of Lonesome River Band, or our parent company, Bluegrass Artist Services. |
