Shipping & Return Policies
We will always strive to offer the most convenient and cost effective shipping options for our customers. At this time, we feel that UPS and the US Postal Service offer the widest variety of services at the most attractive prices, and have found this to be true for both US and non-US addresses alike.

Our shopping cart is configured to display the many shipping choices available during the checkout process, with each option showing the shipping charge and estimated delivery time based on what you have placed in your cart. The US Postal Service options will show a range of delivery dates (such as "3-5 days"), while the UPS options will show a specific delivery date. You will need to select a shipping option before continuing on to the payments option page.

We are not able to display shipping costs until you proceed to the checkout phase of your order, but are sure that you will find a suitable choice among the 8-10 different options presented.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective merchandise will always be promptly exchanged for the identical item. We encourage you to check the playback of audio CDs or video DVDs in more than one player before contemplating returning them as defective.

Items of clothing must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds will always be rendered according to the payment method used for your order - if you paid with a credit card, we will issue a credit card refund; if you paid by check, we will issue a refund check.

With the exception of defective products, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping charges when returning merchandise to us, and the charges to ship any items selected in exchange.
